Offerings

Programs & Services

Community Investment Corporation is a nonprofit that fills a critical role of alternative funding and nontraditional access to capital for entrepreneurs, home owners, and schools. Their primary services are:

  • Small Business and Nonprofit Loans: They call their program “Social Impact Financing” because they use innovative strategies, such as “Paying it Back, to Pay it Forward” and crowdsourced financing (through WeFunder) to expand the options for alternative funding.

  • Homeowner Assistance: They offer down payment assistance and also help first time home buyers to reduce their tax liability through tax credits

  • School Services: They help ensure schools have the resources they need by offering a suite of services to assist charter schools.

Community Investment Corporation has also partnered with Startup Tucson to offer the Fast Track to Funding program that helps early-stage entrepreneurs become pre-qualified for funding for prototypes after completing Startup Tucson’s programming.
