Offerings

Programs & Services

Tech Launch Arizona (TLA) is the office of the University of Arizona that creates social and economic impact through commercializing inventions stemming from the innovative work of university faculty, researchers and staff. TLA provides resources and services to identify opportunities to maximize that impact, from intellectual property evaluation, protection and licensing to leadership development, education and strategic support for startups.

TLA partners with other university entities -- such as Tech Parks Arizona, the University of Arizona Center for Innovation, and UA Forge – as well as the business and entrepreneurial community to engage the entire ecosystem to support the process of moving university inventions from the academy into the world. By building bridges between the university and regional innovation organizations, TLA brings together the people and resources needed to maximize the impact of university IP for a better world.
